Being mindful about how you treat your body means paying attention to your actions and their effects.
This includes choosing foods that nourish rather than harm your body.
Think of food as fuel: quality fuel keeps your body running smoothly, like clean-burning fuel in a car.
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and red meat, and avoid processed sugar and carbohydrates.
