Say “Goodbye” to daily fatigue

How does 73-year-old outwork colleagues half his age? He says it's all thanks to an at-home "full body recharge" you can do from your kitchen.

Now, you might think frequently feeling tired is 'just part of getting older...'

But Dr. Gundry, a world-renowned cardiologist, believes you can feel just as energetic as a 20-year-old with this simple DIY trick. He says his discovery relies on a little-known food which is scientifically-backed to help "recharge" your body’s natural battery.

Melatonin is a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles. This chart illustrates the light spectrum emitted by different types of lighting and their potential effects on melatonin suppression.

  • LED bulb (6,000 K): Emits a high level of blue light, which can suppress melatonin by 80%, potentially disrupting sleep.

  • Compact fluorescent lamp (5,500 K): Similar to LED, with about 80% melatonin suppression.

  • Incandescent bulb (2,700 K): Produces less blue light, suppressing melatonin by about 40%.

  • Candle (1,900 K): Emits minimal blue light, with only 2% melatonin suppression.

  • Candle light-style OLED: Very low in blue light, suppressing less than 2% of melatonin.

The graph shows that the cooler (higher Kelvin) the light source, the more it tends to disrupt melatonin production and potentially sleep patterns.

Choosing light sources with lower blue light emissions in the evening can help improve sleep quality.
